How do I access the features of my MarketTRAC Subscription?
Step 1: Go to www.otteau.com
Step 2: Click on the My OTTEAU Account link (left side of screen)
Step 3: Enter Username & Password (this is case sensitive)
Step 4: From the "Welcome Back" screen, scroll down to the bullet indicating "Package #", underneath of that, all of available features of your subscription will be displayed

MarketNEWS by OTTEAU.com
What is it?
Published monthly, this enhanced newsletter provides information on housing market trends in an easy to read format. This timely information tool will enhance your understanding of broad trends affecting the market by keeping you informed as they happen. The rich content of this newsletter is embedded with charts and graphs to keep you informed of emerging trends.

Who can access it?
All subscribers of MarketTRAC Bronze, Silver or Gold level packages.

How do I access MarketNEWS by OTTEAU.com?
Step 1: Log in to your OTTEAU.com account (see "How do I access the features of my MarketTRAC Subscription?" for detailed instructions).
Step 2: Click on the link labeled MarketNEWS from OTTEAU.COM
Step 3: Click on the edition that you wish to download from the Download Reports Menu
Step 4: You will be prompted to either "Open" or "Save" the document

What is it?
This is the real estate industry’s report card on housing market trends that real estate professionals have relied upon for the 25 years. Published 4 times a year, these quarterly reports provide detailed market analysis for key housing markets throughout New Jersey as well as eastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware. The OTTEAU Report Quarterly also provides historic look-back analyses comparing present market conditions with prior year analyses. Stop guessing about the state of a particular market and refer to the industry bible on housing market trends.

Who can access it?
All subscribers of MarketTRAC Silver or Gold level packages.

How do I access The OTTEAU Report Quarterly by OTTEAU.com?
Step 1: Log in to your OTTEAU.com account (see “How do I access the features of my MarketTRAC Subscription for detailed instructions).
Step 2: Click on the link labeled The OTTEAU Report Quarterly.
Step 3: Click on the County Report that you wish to download from the Download Reports Menu (**Note: the county reports are listed alphabetically, with NJ’s reports first, followed by DE, NY & PA)
Step 4: You will be prompted to either "Open" or "Save" the document

MarketTRAC Monthly by OTTEAU.com
What is it? The ultimate tool for staying informed on emerging trends, MarketTRAC Monthly provides a continuing stream of critical market updates. Published 12 times a year, this monthly report will keep you informed of local market trends between issues of The OTTEAU Report Quarterly. Particularly useful when you require current market analysis and can’t wait for the next quarterly report to be released, this service will keep you informed of essential here-and-now market trends.

Who can access it?

What is it?
This feature provides you with direct access to Jeffrey Otteau. Structured as an online web form system, subscribers are able to submit their real estate related questions for a response from one of the most sought after experts on real estate trends.

Who can access it?
Available exclusively to Gold level subscribers.

How do I access AskJEFF?
Step 5: Repeat steps 1 through 4 above
Step 6: Click on the link labeled Ask Jeff Now
Step 7: Compose your subject and question in the fields provided (**Note: replies will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your OTTEAU.com account 24-48 hours from submission)

How do I register to attend a Seminar Workshop?
Seminar registration can be accomplished in several ways:
  • Online Registration:
    The quickest way is online registration by navigating to www.otteau.com and clicking on the Seminar Registration link on our Home Page. Next click on the Click Here to Register Now! link towards the bottom of the page. Existing users can then login to their account to purchase a seminar seat while new users will need to follow a few quick steps to create an account before registering.
  • Email Registration:
    Send an email to seminars@otteau.com to request a registration form be emailed to you. Then email the completed form back to the same email address. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your seat has been reserved.
  • Fax Registration:
    Send an email to seminars@otteau.com or phone 800.458.7161 (be sure to provide your return fax no.). Then fax your completed form to 800.273.3295

What is included in my seminar workshop registration fee?
Your paid seminar registration entitles you to the following:
  • One guaranteed seat at the event you have selected.
  • Download access to seminar handout materials up to 2 days prior and 7 days after the event.

Will there be any handout materials distributed?
You can download the seminar handout materials up to 2 days prior and 7 days after the seminar date you register to attend.

To do this, navigate to www.otteau.com and then click on the My OTTEAU Account link on our Home Page. Then click on the Download Seminar Materials link and follow the onscreen prompts.

NOTE: No workshop materials or handouts will be provided at the seminar event. This service is only available to those who have registered for a seminar.

What is the policy on refunds?
Refunds are issued only if your cancellation is received in writing 7 calendar days prior to the event date.

If I forget my user name or password, how can I retrieve this information?
Navigate to www.otteau.com and then click on the My OTTEAU Account link on our Home Page. Then click on the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. After clicking on the SEND link, your account information will be emailed to you.

Can I change my user password?
Yes. To change your password, navigate to www.otteau.com and then click on the My OTTEAU Account link on our Home Page. After logging into your account by entering your existing user name and password, next click on the Change Password link. Then follow the onscreen prompts to change your password.

Once registered for a seminar workshop, can I change the date if necessary?
Perhaps, depending on availability. To switch to a different seminar event navigate to www.otteau.com and then click on the My OTTEAU Account link on our Home Page. After logging into your account by entering your existing user name and password, next click on the Cancel/Modify Registration link. Then follow the onscreen prompts to modify your registration. You will then be contacted by one of our event coordinators with further information. Note that we cannot accommodate requests to switch into a Sold-Out event. Also note that such requests must be received 7 days in advance of the event date you originally registered to attend.

Can I be Waitlisted for a Sold-Out Seminar?
Yes. To be placed on our Priority Wait for a Sold-Out event, click on the link next to the event which reads Waitlist Register. Then follow the onscreen prompts to complete the Wait List process. At this point your credit card will be charged for the registration fee. We’ll then notify you if your seat request has cleared no later than 72 hours prior to the event. If we are unable to accommodate your request a refund will be promptly issued to your credit card for the full purchase amount.

Do you accept walk-in registrations at the door?
Generally not as most sessions are completely Sold-Out in advance. A decision on Walk-Ins is not made until the seminar event has actually begun, and will be accommodated on a first-come first-serve basis.
