Danielle Lopez-Loffredo serves as a Research Analyst at Otteau Group with over ten years’ experience in property valuation. She holds the State Certified Residential Appraiser license in New Jersey, SRA designation of the Appraisal Institute and the Green Certification. She also serves on the Board of Directors and Education Committee of the Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
