Connor Montferrat, SCGREA, MPP, MCRP, handles appraisal valuation of all property types, as well as marketability studies, redevelopment & affordable housing consulting, and proforma analyses in the private and public sectors.
Connor also has extensive experience in in public policy and urban planning. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and has a Certificate in American Politics & Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics. He holds two master’s degrees from the Edward J. Bloustein School for Planning and Public Policy and a Certificate in Historic Preservation. He previously served on Hightstown Borough Council from 2014-2019 and is a member of the American Planning Association.
