Heather has been engaged in real estate valuation and consultation since 2000 and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm. She is well-regarded for her extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial, land, subdivision development analysis, special purpose properties, and other property types.
A graduate of George Washington University, she holds the State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. Heather provides expert testimony in ad valorem taxation matters and has extensive experience providing complex valuation services involving subdivision development, abstraction analysis, feasibility study, and stigma analysis for single-use and mixed-use development projects.
Heather has assisted Fortune 500 companies, law firms, developers, insurance companies, government agencies, not-for-profits, and others.
