Mario has more than two decades of experience in real estate valuation across a wide range of property types including residential, commercial, industrial, land and special use properties.
A graduate of Union County College, Mario is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of NJ and has provided expert testimony in Superior Courts in New Jersey. He has also performed services on behalf of financial institutions, relocation service providers, builders and developers, law firms, government agencies and other organizations.
