FLEMINGTON, NJ – While some may doubt the value of the current plan to redevelop the historic Union Hotel and surrounding properties, Christopher Otteau isn’t one of them.
Otteau presented his analysis of the pending financial agreement – the so-called Payment in Lieu of Taxes document – between the borough and the redeveloper of the Union Hotel and surrounding properties at last night’s Borough Council meeting, and then fielded questions from the public in a meeting that lasted into the morning hours.
