How do I access AskJEFF?
Step 1: Log in to your OTTEAU.com account (see “How do I access my account?” for detailed instructions).
Step 2: From your Welcome Back page, select the “Access MarketTRAC” link (found on the left-hand side, under Subscriptions)
Step 3: Click on the tab labeled AskJEFF
Step 4: Compose your subject and question in the fields provided
