Connor Montferrat, MAI & Tammy Bucior, MAI Awarded MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute
Otteau Group Inc. is pleased to announce that Directors Connor Montferrat, MAI and Tammy Bucior, MAI have both been awarded the prestigious MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute. Both serve on the Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute Metro New Jersey Chapter. By earning the MAI designation, Montferrat and Bucior have joined an elite group of appraisers who have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability.
Connor has been engaged in real estate market valuation and consultation since 2016. He has qualified as an expert witness in court for litigation and in front of municipal boards. Connor specializes in performing feasibility, tax PILOT analyses, and fiscal impacts for all property types on behalf of both cities and developers. He serves as Director at Otteau Group and is part of the ligation and consulting teams. Connor graduated with a bachelor’s from Rutgers University and later obtained two masters, Master of City and Regional Planning and a Master of Public Policy, from the Edward J. Bloustein School. He is a licensed real estate salesperson, holds the State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License, and the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Tammy has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consultation since 2011 with experience in all property types including residential, commercial, industrial, land, subdivision development analysis, hospitality and special purpose properties. Tammy conducts analyses on affordable housing, Tax PILOT analyses, urban redevelopment, and feasibilities on behalf of both cities and developers. She serves as Director at Otteau Group and is part of the litigation and consulting teams. Tammy is a Rutgers University graduate, holds the State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, and the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
