Matawan, New Jersey– Real estate industry icons Jeffrey Otteau and Christopher Otteau today announced the sale of their ownership interests in Hudson Atlantic Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, which occurred earlier this year.
Founded in 2021, Hudson Atlantic has grown into a prominent player in the real estate industry, recognized for its expertise in investment property sales. Under Jeffrey and Christopher Otteau’s leadership, along with their partner Adam Zweibel, the firm completed numerous high-profile transactions, earning a reputation for excellence and innovation in the marketplace. Both Jeffrey and Christopher were recently honored by ROI-NJ by being named as Real Estate Influencers for 2024.
